Yes. You can request a copy of your uninterpreted raw genotype data in a standard text (.txt) format. Instructions for requesting your data will be provided through YouthfulDNA® support.
Federal law provides protections against genetic discrimination in health insurance and employment. The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) generally prohibits health insurers from using genetic information for eligibility or premium decisions and prohibits covered employers from using genetic information in employment decisions. These protections have limitations and do not extend in the same way to life, disability, or long-term-care insurance. State laws may provide additional protections.
