Welcome to YouthfulDNA™ (“YouthfulDNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YouthfulDNA website, products, DNA collection kits, reports, content, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the website, purchasing a DNA collection kit, submitting a DNA sample, registering a kit, accessing reports, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a minor or dependent individual whose sample is being submitted.
2. Description of Services
YouthfulDNA is a wellness-focused genetics company that provides educational and informational genetic insights.
YouthfulDNA may offer reports and wellness-related insights in areas including:
- Skin health and aging
- Collagen and elasticity
- Oxidative stress
- Hydration and skin barrier function
- Inflammation response
- Pigmentation
- Nutritional traits
- Wellness traits
- Healthy aging and longevity-related factors
- Other wellness-oriented genetic topics
The Services are intended solely for educational, informational, and wellness purposes.
YouthfulDNA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease screening, disease prevention, or healthcare services.
3. Genetic Data Ownership & Privacy
You retain ownership of all genetic data, DNA samples, and information submitted through the Services. YouthfulDNA acts solely as a service provider and custodian of such information for the purpose of delivering the Services.
Our Commitment
YouthfulDNA does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize identifiable customer genetic data.
We do not transfer ownership of your genetic information to third parties. Information may only be shared:
- To provide the Services you request
- With authorized laboratories and service providers involved in delivering the Services
- With your consent
- As required by law

Subject to applicable law, customers may request deletion of their personal information and genetic data by contacting support@youthfuldna.com. Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention purposes, or other legitimate business needs. Please note that deletion of your account or genetic data may affect your ability to access prior reports. 4. Third-Party Laboratories, Platforms & Service Providers
To provide the Services, YouthfulDNA may utilize independent third-party providers for various aspects of the customer experience, including but not limited to:
- DNA kit fulfillment
- Shipping and logistics
- Sample registration platforms
- Laboratory processing and genotyping
- Report generation
- Customer portals
- Report delivery systems
- Customer communications
- Technical infrastructure and hosting
Customers acknowledge that portions of the customer experience may occur through third-party systems, websites, portals, laboratories, or service providers.
Customers may receive communications, notifications, reports, tracking updates, registration instructions, or portal access information through authorized third-party providers.
YouthfulDNA may add, replace, modify, or discontinue service providers, laboratories, technologies, fulfillment partners, reporting partners, customer portals, or delivery systems at any time.
YouthfulDNA does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, terms of service, operational procedures, or business decisions of third-party providers, laboratories, shipping carriers, customer portals, or technology platforms utilized in connection with the Services.
5. Sample Collection, Processing & Laboratory Services
YouthfulDNA is a wellness genetics company and is not a clinical laboratory.
Customers are responsible for following all collection instructions provided with their DNA collection kit.
YouthfulDNA cannot guarantee successful processing of samples that are:
- Insufficient
- Contaminated
- Damaged
- Mishandled
- Improperly collected
- Improperly shipped
Additional sample collection may be required in certain circumstances.
Processing times displayed on the website or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, laboratory capacity, quality control procedures, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond YouthfulDNA’s control.
6. Customer Consent & Authorization
By submitting a DNA sample, you authorize YouthfulDNA and its authorized service providers to:
- Receive your sample
- Process your sample
- Analyze genetic information
- Generate wellness-oriented reports
- Deliver reports and related services
- Store information necessary to provide the Services
You acknowledge that DNA testing requires laboratory processing and that portions of the Services may be performed by authorized third-party laboratories and service providers.
You may withdraw consent for future processing, subject to limitations associated with samples or reports that have already been processed.
7. Health Information Disclaimer
YouthfulDNA reports and Services are intended solely for educational, informational, and wellness purposes.
YouthfulDNA:
- Does not diagnose disease
- Does not treat disease
- Does not cure disease
- Does not prevent disease
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not provide treatment recommendations
No information provided through the Services should be interpreted as:
- Medical advice
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical treatment
- Prescription guidance
- Professional healthcare advice
No physician-patient relationship, healthcare provider relationship, or medical advisory relationship is created through use of the Services.
Customers should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical concerns, conditions, medications, treatment decisions, or healthcare questions.
The Services are not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or disorder. Any lifestyle, wellness, nutritional, supplementation, skincare, or healthy aging recommendations presented through the Services are educational in nature and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
8. Pricing, Orders & Promotional Offers
Pricing for products, services, reports, practitioner offerings, wholesale programs, promotional offers, and future services may change at any time.
The pricing displayed at checkout at the time an order is placed governs that transaction.
YouthfulDNA may offer:
- Introductory pricing
- Launch pricing
- Promotional pricing
- Practitioner pricing
- Wholesale pricing
- Limited-time offers
YouthfulDNA reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any pricing program or promotion at any time.
9. Refunds, Cancellations & DNA Kits
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the status of the DNA collection kit.
Generally:
- Unopened and unused kits may be eligible for return or refund subject to YouthfulDNA’s Refund Policy. Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable.
- Opened kits may not be eligible for refund.
- Registered kits may not be eligible for refund.
- Kits with samples already submitted for processing may not be eligible for refund.
- Completed reports are generally non-refundable.
Specific refund eligibility, procedures, and limitations shall be governed by YouthfulDNA’s Refund Policy.
10. Future Services & Platform Development
YouthfulDNA may introduce additional:
- Reports
- Educational content
- Wellness insights
- Practitioner offerings
- Customer portals
- Applications
- Integrations
- Platform features
- Digital products
The Services may evolve, expand, or change over time.
YouthfulDNA makes no guarantee that any future feature, functionality, report, integration, or service will become available.
11. Research & Future Program Participation
YouthfulDNA does not currently sell customer genetic data and does not use identifiable customer genetic information for commercial research purposes without appropriate authorization.
Should YouthfulDNA offer voluntary research programs, surveys, wellness studies, clinical collaborations, or product development initiatives in the future, participation will be voluntary and subject to separate disclosures and consent requirements where applicable.
Participation in any future research initiative shall not be required to purchase or receive YouthfulDNA products or services.
12. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Submit only your own DNA sample or samples you are legally authorized to submit
- Follow collection instructions
- Maintain account security
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Submit DNA belonging to another individual without proper authorization
- Use the Services for unlawful discrimination
- Misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to reverse engineer proprietary systems
- Interfere with platform operations
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
14. Intellectual Property
YouthfulDNA owns all rights, title, and interest in its website, software, branding, trademarks, content, reports, graphics, and proprietary materials.
Customers retain ownership of their personal information and genetic data as described in these Terms.
In addition to the foregoing, YouthfulDNA™ owns all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, educational models, scoring systems, report structures, report presentations, and related intellectual property, including but not limited to the 5 Skin Longevity Pathways™ framework and any successor frameworks developed by YouthfulDNA.
No portion of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used without the prior written consent of YouthfulDNA LLC.
15. Genetic Information Nondiscrimination
YouthfulDNA supports the principles of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and believes individuals should not be discriminated against based upon genetic information.
Customers should consult qualified legal or employment professionals regarding the scope and limitations of applicable federal, state, and local laws governing genetic information and discrimination protections.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthfulDNA, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, laboratories, service providers, partners, affiliates, licensors, and vendors shall not be liable for:
- Laboratory errors
- Shipping delays
- Processing delays
- Platform interruptions
- Third-party service failures
- Customer collection errors
- Lost or damaged samples
- Interpretation of genetic information
- Decisions made based on report contents
YouthfulDNA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouthfulDNA’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouthfulDNA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, laboratories, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Information submitted by you
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Prior to initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute.
Any dispute arising under these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by applicable law or where small claims court jurisdiction applies. Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida.
19. Changes to Terms
YouthfulDNA may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or other reasonable methods.
Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
